What is a Precision Home Theater?
A Prescion Home Theater is designed and built to deliver the best possible viewing and listening experience in your home. Our theaters outperform commercial theaters in audio and video, and must be experienced to understand.
How is a Precision Theater different than others?
Acoustics and viewing are the main focus of our theaters, which can’t be ensured without proper planning. Our theaters require specific building specifications and are engineered as a comprehensive solution.
Can a Precision Home Theater be added to an existing home?
No, our theaters require construction that can not be retrofitted. We work with your home building team from planning to move-in to create your theater. This ensures a no-compromise theater that seamlessly integrates into your home and replicates the experience you had in one of our demo homes.
How does the process work?
Home Buyers will visit one of our demo homes and experience one of our theaters. We then collaborate with your builder, architects, designers, and other teams to refine one of our three theater options to suit your home. We are involved with the home construction project from start to finish to ensure engineering and installation requirements are met, and then we support your theater after the home is finished.
What is the cost of a Precision Home Theater?
Construction costs can vary, but the 1st tier option we demo is typically around $150,000. We offer two higher-tier options, each featuring further refinement in engineering, equipment, and execution.
What equipment and acoustics are used?
We use a range of acoustic treatments as well as audio, video, processing from ultra-high-end to actual cinema hardware used in top commercial theaters. Our theaters are engineered to deliver the Goldie Lox peak experience, utilizing the best parameters and vastly outperforming what you experience in commercial theaters.
